Remember duelers... the whole city is your dueling arena. nothing is off limits, but make sure the taichos are close enough to see you win.

The Selection system:
I, and my fellow taichos, (and Waddles the fuku-taicho ) were each instructed to choose our top 16 prefered artists for TWO categories: Overall Art quality, and Overall Story. Each of our selections would be given one point for each category they were nominated in. Each person could also potentially appear in both categories if the taicho decided that the artist excelled in both (potential 2 points per taicho, for a maximum point count of 10).

Once the Top 16 were chosen, they were ordered by the number of votes they recieved (characters tied in votes were organized randomly) and matched up in the following order according to Redball execution.
